What this is, and what it isn't

It only works if the supervisor scans. That's the honest open question with any intake tool — the friction is a phone camera and about ten seconds, and it's genuinely faster than the phone call, but it's a behaviour we're proving in pilots rather than a result we've banked at scale. Ask us for a measured pilot on one or two of your busiest sites and you'll know inside a few weeks whether scans are actually coming in.

It is not your dispatch system and won't pretend to be. If you already run routing and billing software, keep it. This feeds that. If you don't, the standalone dashboard is enough to run bin requests off — but we're not going to oversell it as a full operations platform.

The PIN is intake control, not Fort Knox. A company PIN stops random passers-by and keeps requests tied to your authorized sites. It is deliberately simple so a supervisor will actually use it. For higher-control customers we can scope per-site PINs; that's a setup conversation, not a different product.

The GPS is a scan-time snapshot, not live tracking. We record where the container was when it was scanned. That's exactly what solves the "where did it get moved to" problem, and it costs a sticker instead of a hardware tracker — but it is not a continuous telemetry feed and we won't market it as one.
